ChristianaCare is looking to hire a full time BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join our large, well established program. As an employed member of Christiana Pediatric Hospitalists (CHP) you will provide family-centered care to pediatric and newborn patients at ChristianaCare and one satellite location. Coverage includes the Pediatric Inpatient Unit, Mother-Baby Unit, Delivery Room and the Emergency Department. Opportunity exists for neonatal care only if desired.


Opportunities exist to provide inpatient pediatric and newborn care at ChristianaCare in Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. As the largest academic institution in the state, Pediatric faculty will have the opportunity to teach Med-Peds residents, Pediatric residents, Family Medicine Residents and medical students (Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University), in addition to physician assistant and nurse practitioner students. Christiana Care is one of the largest health care providers in the nation, ranking 21st for hospital admissions, and is one of only 15 major teaching hospitals to be rated in the 100 Top Hospitals by Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters). CPH physicians also contribute to collaborative efforts to improve quality and safety for pediatric and newborn patients, and serve leadership roles at our main and satellite campuses.
