Summary

The Registered Nurse using critical thinking skills coordinates and provides safe quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implimentation and evaluation. Assists with organizing patient care activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)

Certifications

Required: Active FL RN license

BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN ) ACLS (American Heart)(within 180 days for inexperienced RNs), Basic EKG, NIH STROKE(within 60 days of hire/transfer effective date), Trauma course or Critical Care Course within 6 months for inexperienced RNs.
