The System Director of Human Resources will lead the human resources team in the alignment and implementation of strategies consistent with the operating plan. He/She will be accountable for setting and ensuring high quality, standards and effectiveness for human resources throughout the system. It is expected that the System Director will foster an environment of inclusion, continuous improvement, learning and accountability.

 

The chosen leader will possess the following experience:

  • Minimum of five years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated management capability and broad knowledge of HR services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; an interest in developing team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

 

 

Located in an area known as the Gallatin Valley, Bozeman is known as one of the top towns in the country for outdoor recreation and high quality of life. It has garnered top ten rankings for best places to live, best places to ski, and best places to raise your kids. The area attracts artists, photographers and filmmakers who want to work close to nature. Cultural offerings include a symphony, opera, theater and ballet companies. The Gallatin National Forest has many miles of trails, fishable streams and rivers, dense timbered valleys and high-mountain lakes. The area offers world-class skiing, mountain biking, rock or ice-climbing, canoeing and camping. There is truly something for everyone in Bozeman.
