The RN for will perform clinical duties as directed by the Associate Director for Patient Care Services through the Chief Nurse of Primary Care. As a Nurse Manager the position will have supervisory authority over the staff nurses assigned to the unit and will perform administrative and personnel management functions relative to the staff supervised and establishes guidelines for performance expectation of staff and evaluates employee performances/resolving issues/develop work plans.
