The Practice:
*Join a busy Hospitalist team as we expand to 8 person day team (8 day, 2 night)
*7 on 7 off schedule, 12 hour shifts, 15-18 patients per day
*Open ICU, No Codes or Procedures (handled by ED residents) - Vent Management is required (Training provided and paid for by hospital)
*Average LOS is 4 days
*Opportunity to teach residents
*IM or FM accepted
*H1B Visa Accepted (Cap Exempt employer)
* Ideal candidate will be able to relocate and start by Summer of 2021

Financial Expectations:
*Highly Lucrative Compensation model - No need to moonlight anywhere else!
*Earn an aggressive base pay $295K+ bonuses, (premium for nights) with plenty of extra shifts available that count towards your WRVU's.

  • Enjoy all the amenities of life in the metro, but still have the smaller town vibe with a regional airport that has a 45 minute connection flight twice a day to DFW and only an hour drive to OKC.
  • 247 days a year of sun, and only 64 of rain, this is great for someone looking to live in a warm climate in the south with low humidity.
