You Will Be Responsible For:

• Ensures individual Care Pavilion Operations are up-to-date on all compliance needs and metrics.
• Meets financial objectives by overseeing individual Care Pavilion budget, scheduling and monitoring expenditures and analyzing and addressing variances.
• Develops long-term strategies for individual Care Pavilion to support the operations.
• Manages appropriate vendor and internal relationships related to individual Care Pavilion operations.
• Ensures staffing is kept to budgetary standards
• Develops leaders and positively impacts Retention
• Maintains high visibility in consumer facing areas and rounds daily on consumers to ensure AdventHealth Service Standards are upheld
• Partners with key stakeholders to manage the brand image of the Care Pavilion and to address any service gaps
• Owns the performance metrics for the Care Pavilion and reports back to the respective department Directors and SEO Non-Acute services.
• Manages the daily operations and ensures the coordination of work activities between businesses located in the Care Pavilion; prepares and maintains the engagement team/work schedule.
• Ensures all new Care Pavilion team members receive complete orientation to the customer service standards for the Care Pavilion; Ensures all existing team members are receive ongoing training each year to uphold all Care Pavilion standard operating procedures
• Responsible for financial management of individual Care Pavilion including budget collaboration, implementation, management, cash control, bank reconciliations and deposits, and payment authorization vouchers
• Monitors individual Care Pavilion budget performance formulating action plans to address volume, revenue, expenses and labor tracking variances.
• Manages the appropriate documentation within the Care Pavilion’s designated system to ensure regulatory requirements are met; maintains and compiles statistics and other records for reporting purposes 
• Engagement Team Leadership: Leads Engagement team with exemplary practices when recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, evaluating and recognizing team members

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Three (3) years healthcare, hospitality, or related experience
• Two (2) years of leadership/management experience
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to lead change
• Ability to innovate
• Skilled in coaching others
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Highly professional with excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication

• Skilled in leading multiple direct reports
• Master’s in Health, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Healthcare management or leadership experience preferred
• Some experience in finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget preferred
• Hospital, Medical Practice or Physician office experience preferred

Job Summary:

       The Care Pavilion Sr Manager, under the general direction of the Senior Executive Officer for Non-Acute Services, is responsible of ensuring AdventHealth’s Mission, Vision, Values and Service Standards are enlivened by each team member, every person, every time. This leader is responsible for day to day operations and leadership of a multidisciplinary healthcare consumer focused facility. This individual Care Pavilion will include AdventHealth Lab draw site, AdventHealth Imaging Center, Primary Care Physicians, and Specialty Physicians. In addition, this leader will be responsible for day to day operations of an of the individual Care Pavilion, including but not limited to, budget and labor management, team member engagement, stakeholder engagement, exceptional consumer experience and coordination of all Care Pavilion activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment. In addition to the expectations listed below, the Care Pavilion Operations Sr. Manager will support other needs as directed.
