Overview The person performing this role is responsible for the coordination of inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a ventricular assist device. This coordination includes but is not limited to patient education, staff education, surgical coordination, clinic visits, and record keeping. This position will work Monday through Friday, typical business hours. Also will be scheduled to cover 1 night a week and work every 7th weekend on-call. Will also need to be able to come onsite within 30 minutes of a call to help in urgent situations.
