We currently have a postdoctoral position available in the Jonathan Coleman Laboratory in the Department of Surgery at MSKCC. The laboratorys focus is on developing and translating a local ablation therapy called Vascular targeted photodynamic therapy (VTP) for the treatment of cancers as well as assessing its immune modulatory mechanism. VTP is being developed to treat multiple types of cancers including patients with prostate, urothelial and lung cancers. Dr Coleman is leading multiple clinical trials at MSKCC and other centers. Our laboratory performs efficacy and safety studies of VTP and investigates its impact on tumor microenvironment to understand its immune modulatory effect.
