The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Ambulatory Care Clinic is an integral part of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). The PACT LPN works under the direction of an RN and reports directly to the Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center and will report to the Fort Knox, KY. CBOC and may be required to float based on the staffing needs of the service. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
