Sutter Independent Physicians (SIP) is seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist to join their growing Neonatology Practice in Sacramento, CA.
Opportunity Information:
The 61-bed Level III NICU has 1,200 admissions annually. In addition to full pediatric subspecialty support, there is a busy pediatric cardiovascular surgery program. The practice offers high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and whole body cooling.
The regional neonatal transport team is staffed by expanded role nurses and respiratory therapists. The group also covers a nearby 16-bed community level III NICU.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in leadership development, outreach, nursing education, participation in hospital committees, and commitment to quality improvement.
