This position requires the ARNP to establish goals of care, collaborate with many health care team professionals, e.g. Social work, Cardiac rehab staff, Palliative care team and ability to manage decompensated heart failure(or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary. The position is both for acute inpatient and outpatient clinic needs. ARNP Experience in a Heart Failure Program or two years experience in a cardiovascular setting

Masters of Science in Nursing

Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner Program

Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization

Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment

DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
