Practice Description

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant - Family Medicine to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Maplewood. Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age, socioeconomic status and culture.

Practice Details:

• 13 provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• Full time is 32 patient contact hours per week.
• Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• No call is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• BC/BE through NCCPA
• Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of PA experience
