The incumbent functions as a Health Technician at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV Primary Care Service. Major duties of this position include responsibility for day-to-day activity within Primary Care Service including Community Based Outpatient Clinic(s). The incumbent will independently perform diagnostic tests as a clinical service to physicians and provide them with the technical information that will be used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in patients.
