Mercy vICU is seeking full time Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians to work night shift at our well-established Virtual ICU (vICU) Command Center located at our Virtual Command Center in West St. Louis County, Missouri.

This vICU Critical Care position includes:

• Integrated Health System employment with a competitive hourly compensation
• Part time (at least six shifts a month) and Full Time Positions available (at least 10 shifts month)

• This position will operate out of our Mercy Virtual Command Center, a state of the art facility in Chesterfield, MO.

 Mercy vICU monitors more than 600 beds in 28 ICUs over a six-state region. Continued plans for growth is underway, as we continue to market our services to other health systems who are interested in partnering with us to provide extra care to their patients. Critical Care Specialists will be part of an established and expanding team of 59 Intensivists and 85 specialty trained RN's.

Mercy Virtual Care Center offers a 120,000 square-foot, state of the art facility and serves as a hub for more than 75 telemedicine programs. Opened in October 2015, the Virtual Care Center is the first and only facility of its kind.

Mercy Virtual delivers virtual care services to 600,000 patients across seven states (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and South Carolina), improving patient outcomes and access, while reducing total cost of care. Often called a "hospital without beds," Mercy Virtual Care Center operates 24 hours a day and is staffed with more than 300 clinicians.
