Pharmacy Tech II PRN Position Summary
Assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and supplies, receiving, sorting, and stocking medications and supplies. Bills and credits medications to patients.
Assists the medical team by collecting the best possible home medication lists for patients admitted to the hospital, including prescription and non-prescription medications. Clarifies and updates allergy information in the patient�s medical records. Enters information into the patient�s medical record and addresses any potential concerns with a pharmacist
