Mercy Clinic Springfield - Ear Nose and Throat (Springfield, Missouri) is recruiting additional Otolaryngologists to join our well-established practice. Fellowship trained or general ENT experience will be considered, and we can accommodate a wide variety of interests. The practice currently offers complete Otolaryngology care for both common and complex conditions from newborns to adults. Our team includes general and fellowship trained ENT surgeons covering all aspects of care including: ENT Allergy/Rhinology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Head and Neck and Microvascular Surgery, Otology/Neurotology and Pediatric Otolaryngology.

ENT Clinical team includes: seven ENT Physicians, six Advanced Practice Clinicians and five Audiologists
Complete audiology care from amazing team prior to seeing you in clinic
12-bed PICU, 44-bed NICU, 11-bed pediatric ER units for candidates interested in pediatrics
Efficient ambulatory surgery center & clinic office suite on main hospital campus
Ample block time in the ORs, surgery center, in-office procedures
In-office ENT allergy testing/treatment
Large catchment area > 1.5 million lives
System wide integrated EPIC EMR system
Strong compensation plan with realistic earnings in 75-90% dependent on desired level of wRVU production
$100,000 signing bonus/stipend available plus paid relocation
