SUMMARY: Under the direction of the department director and guidance of department supervisor, administers as assigned Respiratory Therapy modalities ordered by physician. Primary areas assigned are general floor units, however, may be assigned to the critical care units as needed for patient care. Able to perform ABGs, perform assessments per department protocols and other respiratory modalities as assigned within their scope of practice. EXPERIENCE: One year preferred. OTHER: Current CRT from the NBRC. LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), RT (Respiratory Therapist) EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Respiratory Therapy
