APP III Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit This position is for an advanced provider who will work closely with our cardiothoracic surgeons and critical care medicine to provide care to our patients in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit. These patients may be both preoperative or postoperative. The APP III will be responsible for primary care of our cardiothoracic patients, managing both the preoperative optimization, if needed, and in the immediate postoperative period.
