Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking multiple Full Time Certified Medical Assistants for AMG Pulmonary & Allergy Associates in Multiple locations ranging from Cedar Knolls, Summit for full time opportunity.
Our entry level offers start at $21.10 / hour and increase based upon experience.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
The Certified Medical Assistant I (CMA) will perform clinical as well as administrative tasks including managing phones
Certified Medical Assistant will be registering patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, rooming patients
Also, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, maintaining/prepping exam rooms, and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications/Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, NAHP, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, NHA required
Post externship physician practice experience preferred
Prior EMR physician practice experience a plus
Experience with EPIC desired
