A regional Rural Health Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine (FM) Physician (or provider couple) to join their established and collegial team in Valley Springs, California (CA). Their primary goal is to provide patient centered care in a state-of-the-art clinic. The community clinic offers primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, women's health, dentistry, pharmacy, lab, x-ray, and nutritional services. Specialty care and Hospital are only 15 minutes away. We are strongly committed to developing access to health care throughout the county and to fill gaps where conventional health care fails.
Position Highlights:
Physician led organization providing excellent work-life balance
Base compensation starts at $250,000-$265,000 per year for fulltime
Two weeks of vacation first year and then increases
Some virtual hours negotiable
Professional liability insurance provided
EHR is AthenaNet (provider friendly), dictation is with medical dragon (Nuance)
Join six physicians and two nurse practitioners in a newly built and state-of-the art Rural Health Clinic
Opportunity for a 4 or 5-day work week
Provide primary and preventative care to an underserved community
Support staff includes dedicated, well-trained medical assistants, case management nurse, referral coordinator, behavioral health navigator, and office staff
25k sign-on plus relocation assistance, CME stipend, license and DEA allowance, other stipends and allowances can be negotiated
