Pulse Heart Institute, a part of MultiCare Health System, is a physician led institute that provides physicians' governance and decision making across an extensive cardiovascular service line in both the outpatient and inpatient setting spanning multi-hospital systems and clinics across the Pacific Northwest. Join our critical care team based in Tacoma, WA at Tacoma General Hospital, a level II Trauma Center with 437 beds and a 13-bed cardiovascular ICU. Job Summary:
Position is a full-time Nocturnist role working 12-hour shifts. (3-4 shifts a week)
Responsible for managing the patients and pushing forward care plans while the attending physicians are in clinic or in the OR.
Includes covering CT Surgery, Complex Cardiology and Heart Failure patients in the CVICU Requirements:
Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in the ICU
Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner Program
Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
Board certified by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
