Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for their South Hackensack Clinical Services Unit part of AtHome Medical. The position will be working the day shift, 8:30 - 5pm, Monday-Friday. No on call associated with this position, possible Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices
Assess patient health problems and needs
Develop and implement care plans
Maintain medical records
Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
CPAP/VPAP set ups in the patient home or office
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge regarding homecare services and third party reimbursement
State professional license to provide respiratory care/services to patients in New Jersey
NY and PA licenses preferred
Relevant Experience:
1-3 years of experience in the field preferred
