WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our group at FPN Woodland Health Center in Michigan City, IN. Provider would be joining a well-established, busy practice with a great support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse practitioner to work independently within a supportive environment.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Having a background in internal medicine or geriatric care would be a plus. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule
• No weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day
• No call expectation
• Telehealth offered
