WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Schererville Health Center located in Crown Point, Indiana. Franciscan Physician Network Schererville Health Center family and internal medicine specialists see patients of all ages, from birth to seniors. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed.
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: 36 hours patient contact and 4 hours of admin work
Flexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Practice Hours: Monday - Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Average outpatient volume: 15 - 18 patients per day
