Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Pediatrician to join their dedicated and skilled team in Midland, Texas. Work in a state-of-the-art facility while collaborating with Covenant Children's Hospital and their specialist. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing 15 to 20 deliveries per day with approximately 35% of those being C-sections. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance in the lively city of Midland.

• Guaranteed salary and sign-on bonus

• Expected to attend all C-section deliveries
• Average daily census of 5 to 6; Except for peak season September to March
• 7 on/7 off schedule; Alternate days and nights
• Respond to calls from the ER for Pediatric consultations
• 12 pediatric beds; 2 beds are PICU for monitoring, Nursery Level II
