Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to join the Women's Care and Family Wellness clinic in Missoula, Montana. The clinic is a patient-centered medical home with support from integrated behavioral health, an RN care manager, and clinical social worker. Physician would also have inbox support in a team system with another MD and ARNP. The clinic consists of one full time family medicine physician and three Advanced Practice Providers, including a naturopathic physician. • Full-time outpatient position; desirable 4/10 schedule
• 2 to 3 weeks of call per year (ambulatory phone call only)
• Full-spectrum primary care clinic seeing all ages and families
