Emory University Division of Physical Therapy invites applications for an open rank faculty position.

Candidates must have an academic doctorate (i.e. PhD, EdD, SciD) as well as be eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in Georgia. Evidence of scholarly productivity is preferred. Responsibilities for faculty may include teaching, clinical practice, committee work, scholarly productivity, advising students, and participating in University and professional service, mentorship in physical therapy and in associated medical residency programs. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience. The Emory University DPT Program is a top-ranked educational program, embedded within the Emory University School of Medicine. In addition to being an outstanding educational institution, Emory University is also a vital research institution with a wide variety of research centers on campus. Emory's Division of Physical Therapy is known for its exceptional clinical and research programs in movement disorders, stroke, musculoskeletal, cardio-pulmonary and vestibular disorders. There is an exciting potential for interfacing with resources throughout the Emory University academic medical center, related graduate programs, and the Atlanta community. The Emory School of Medicine is located on Emory's main campus in close proximity to a variety of affiliated academic, research and clinical facilities such the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Georgia Institute of Technology and the Emory Healthcare System.
