Mercy Fort Smith has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time medical director in the River Valley region of Arkansas. As a Mercy physician leader, you will enjoy a leadership stipend and unprecedented support, including leadership training and development. Candidates must be board certified and have previous emergency medicine experience, be a proven leader, skilled in optimizing throughput, efficiency, and positive interactions to ensure high quality care and service.
