PCH is hiring for the ALLERGY Clinic, 20 HOURS/Week!!! This position is located at the main hospital an offers a more traditional office schedule, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, NO HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS or CALL!!! The perfect job for a nurse who wants to work in a hospital setting but doesn’t want to work the 12-hour shifts, or nights! Ideal incumbent will have a minimum of one year nursing experience and thrive in an environment where flexibility is critical to being successful. Hurry, our clinic positions are filled quickly!!
This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
Education
Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)
Experience
Pediatric experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required within 90 days of entry into the position for select departments. (Preferred)
