Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the new Providence Reed's Crossing Health Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. Our patient-centered medical home model is led by a team of established Providence physicians, in addition to sports medicine and pediatric providers, who all contribute to a diverse multi-disciplinary team in the primary care clinic. Collaboration, consults and convenient referrals are made possible by having medical specialists on site including the Providence Women's Clinic, physical therapy, cardiology, dermatology, and immediate care. Join Providence Reed's Crossing, located about 15 miles West of downtown Portland, in Hillsboro's newest community development. Constructed with families in mind, several schools, shops and amenities are all easily accessible by bike paths, green spaces, and walking trails throughout the community.

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• 4 or 5 days/week schedule (M-F)
• Ideal candidates will have primary care experience and be comfortable seeing all ages

Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing is a 118,000 square foot clinic and wellness center in Hillsboro, Oregon, that features Primary Care, Women's Health, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Imaging and Physical Therapy services. It is part of a large 463-acre development site designed to facilitate connection, convenience, and active and healthy lifestyles by providing those that work and live in the community with bike paths, trails, parks, community gardens and access to high quality health care.
