We are seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Jacksonville Neonatology team at our satellite location in Fernandina Beach, FL.
Provide Level-1 Nursery support in our Newborn Nursery caring for "normal newborns"
Provide coverage of C-sections and deliveries
Must be competent in neonatal stabilization and resuscitation
Flexible schedule with rounds in the morning then on call from home with 30 minute response time for deliveries
Renovation of L&D and nursery completed in 2021
Anticipate approximately 300 deliveries/year with potential for future growth
This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to focus on newborn care, including delivery coverage. No outpatient clinic and great flexible schedule with opportunity to help grow the service line.
Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, located in northeast Florida, is a beautiful coastal community and a delightful place to live, with lots of nature and beautiful beaches.
