Atlantic Health System is looking for New Grad Respiratory Therapists to work at MMC, OMC, CMC, HMC, NMC. **Please note that this job posting is for ALL Respiratory Therapy positions in AHS, and for full-time, part-time, and per diem.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
The respiratory therapist (RRT) applies scientific knowledge and theory to practical clinical problems of respiratory care
The respiratory therapist will assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities
The respiratory therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent clinical judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the treatment of patients with respiratory dysfunction
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Required License:
Pending or valid New Jersey RTLicense
Certifications:
BLS Required
