Licensed Practical Nurse- Medical Subspecialties PACT Team
The incumbent serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the point of care for the Kansas City VA Medical Center and its Medical Subspecialty Outpatient Clinics. The LPN function is to provide quality nursing care to a culturally diverse veteran population of varying complexity in a team setting working under the direction of an RN and as part of the Patient Aligned Care Team, consisting of a Core Team (Patient, Provider, RN and Clerk) with a focus on patient centered care delivery. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
