Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Family Medicine clinic at PMG Camas. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. With great schools, family-friendly neighborhoods and no income tax for Washington residents, this is an ideal practice location on the border of East Vancouver and Camas, just across the river from Portland, OR.

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week schedule preferred
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
• Must be comfortable and willing to see patients thru the lifespan
• 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in primary care or acute care preferred
• Compensation is between $59.55 and $80.62 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
