At Bluegrass Hearing Institute, PSC, our mission is to offer a personalized, concierge approach to hearing care. We are the premier otolaryngology practice in the Central Kentucky area, and we are looking for the right audiologist to lead the audiologic department of our integrated practice.

Founded in 2005, Bluegrass Hearing Institute is proud to have a spacious, state-of-the-art office in the heart of charming Winchester, Kentucky. Our ENT, Allergy, Audiology, and Sleep Disorder services offer built-in referrals and a thriving existing patient base. You will be part of a practice with plenty of administrative and marketing support. Our Clinic and Services:

· One location in Winchester, KY
· 1 Otolaryngologist
· Two Allergy Certified Assistants, One MA, Three front office staff (one dedicated to AuD)
· One Office Manager
· Audiological services and hearing aid fitting
· Allergy testing and treatment
· ENT services and procedures
· Sleep disorders

Qualifications:

· Au.D. preferred, will consider a master’s degree in Audiology
· Active Kentucky Dispensing Audiologist license or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
· Strong sales and technology support skills
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to contribute positively to a team environment
· Excellent organizational skills
· The ability to prioritize and manage all patients with a high standard of care
