Position SummaryThe Manager of Critical Care Transport Services is responsible for the management and organization of the transport program and ground transport services at Phoenix Children`s Hospital. This position promotes the delivery of high-quality neonatal and pediatric transport services through clinical practice, consultation, education, collaboration, leadership, and research. Assumes accountability for coordinating the functions within the Transport Program which includes: program/services planning and development, clinical practice/ system coordination, developing and managing the operational budget, supervising personnel working within the Transport Department, providing direction for those functioning as transport team members, overseeing related quality improvemen
