The Heart Center group includes Cardiology and Pulmonary Critical Care, with supporting Advanced Practice Providers. Strong program support from referring and regional PCP.

Located in the beautiful San Juan River Valley in northwest New Mexico, San Juan Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) is a 198 bed, level III trauma center. A non-profit, community owned hospital, SJRMC serves the Four Corners area of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
