The Surgical Nurse Care Coordinator is a licensed professional Registered Nurse with at least 2 years clinical experience. The Surgical Nurse Care Coordinator builds upon related professional experience and follows a caseload of patients working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff and other health care providers to plan, implement and evaluate care, schedule procedures, and provide education for patients, families, students and staffing the Surgical Clinics.
