This position is located in the Community Living Center (CLC) and provides resident centered care. The CLCs are committed to providing resident-centered care through the use of effective communication with residents, families, visitors, and members of the interdisciplinary team, including the resident in mutual goal setting, and providing patient advocacy when appropriate. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
