Summary.

Washington Permanente Medical Group, the Northwest's premier multi-specialty group, is currently seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) BC/BE pulmonologist to join our group practice. Washington Permanente is dedicated to providing comprehensive, innovative, and patient-centered care to communities throughout Washington State.

This position is primarily based at our Bellevue and Everett Medical Centers. KP Washington is building a flagship multi-specialty center in Everett slated to open in 2024-5.

The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in a full range of outpatient and inpatient consultative pulmonary medicine, encompassing traditional face to face as well as virtual care, with excellent clinical knowledge and procedural skills, a holistic and empathic approach to providing high-value patient care, and a passion for continuous improvement. Numerous opportunities for leadership development as well as creating a sub-specialty program of excellence exist. This position does not currently include a critical care practice component.

The entire salary range for this position is $359,265.00 to $422,664.00 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $359,265.00 to $401,531.00 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
