The Hematologist-Oncologist is an internist who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and/or prevention of disorders and cancers that affect the blood, bone marrow and immunologic, hemostatic and vascular systems. May treat for iron-deficiency anemia, hemophilia, sickle-cell disease, leukemia and lymphoma. May specialize in the management of solid tumors. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
