This Licensed Practical Nurse position is located in the West Annex Clinic (Northern Tier Float), 1 Science Court, Madison, WI 53711 with the Madison VA. The incumbent provides direct patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Providers within the clinics. A Recruitment Incentive has been authorized for highly qualified full-time/part-time (not intermittent) individuals. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
