Nemours is seeking a Respiratory Therpay Manager for our Orlando hospital. This position is responsible for: Managing and supervising, in accordance with State, Federal, JCAHO, and OSHA regulations and accreditation requirements, all clinical activities of the department and is responsible for the quality improvement of care. The Manager shall be called upon to manage the department in the absence of the Director of Critical Care.Responsibilities: 1.Supervises all aspects of patient care delivered by the technical and professional staff and provides assistance, guidance, and consultation to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. 2.Manages the department when designated to by the Director of Critical Care. 3
