As an OB Hospitalist you will be an integral member of our Kaiser Permanente Labor and Delivery team in Salem. You should be board-certified or eligible, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience with high-risk obstetric care and operative vaginal delivery. This position is a 0.9 FTE position and considered full-time. Our full-time OBGYN Hospitalist schedule includes 6-7, 24-hour shifts per month. In Salem, our team delivers 50-60 patients per month, most of whom are low risk patients. Working for Northwest Permanente, our OBGYN physicians enjoy:$384,300 to $431,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value (prorated to 0.9 FTE)*

• Salary: $284,130 to $322,830 prorated to 0.9 FTE
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
