SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Interventional Radiology team in Hershey, PA. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assisting physicians in the medical care and management of patients performing such functions as:

• Preprocedural assessment and management
• Providing informed consent
• Assisting and performing image guided procedures
• Post procedural management and care
• Management of outpatients under long-term care

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master?s degree in Nursing 
• Currently licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
• Two years? prior experience as a nurse required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
