Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Internal Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

• Join an established practice with an additional Advanced Practice Provider and experienced support staff
• Candidates with a strong interest in Geriatrics and/or Diabetes are encouraged to apply
• Position will be based out of the Carle Health Peoria on Southwest Jefferson outpatient clinic that offers Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine services.
• Clinic hours are Mon-Wed 8 AM - 4:30 PM and Thur-Fri 8 AM - 4 PM
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districts
• Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Education Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
