Position Details:

• Join a well-established, supportive team of physicians and advanced providers at a large academic tertiary center
• Full-time Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends
• Perform medical history review, physical examination assessment, diagnostic and other pertinent testing; education to patient and families on medications, diet changes, and overall pre-surgery preparation for optimal surgery outcomes. 

Qualifications:

• Residency training in Internal Medicine, PAT or in-patient experience preferred
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
