Peak Season Staffing Program
Earn $40 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials
Estimated Program Start Dates: September 2024 through December 2024
Minimum shift requirements: 2 shifts per week (0.6 FTE), 3 shifts per week (0.9 FTE)
Compensation: Base Rate = $40/hour, Shift differentials, Additional shift incentives may apply.

Program commitment concludes on May 2025
The first week orientation will be five days:
- Monday-Friday
- 8 hours per day
- During dayshift hours
Shifts available:
- Dayshift (6a-6:30p)
- Nightshift (6p-6:30a)
Eligibility:
- RRT credentialed with current Arizona license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Hire and orientation dates occur in September through December
- Can commit to a .6 FTE (24 hrs/wk) or a .9 FTE (36 hrs/wk) from hire through May
- Can commit to (6) consecutive weekday shifts for didactic orientation upon hire
- Scheduled for every 3rd weekend rotation or equivalent
