An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Chief Medical Officer/FMOB provider to join their established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth: Up to 75% leadership responsibilities based on your professional interests Work with and mentor other providers, assist with new Accountable Care Organization (ACO), oversee quality care initiatives, assist with building out an inhouse ERNP residency program, and more! 4-day workweek Low patient volume while covering clinic with 12-15 patients per day; focus on quality of care Surgical OB not required with robust specialty support including General Surgeons and CRNA Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported Experienced nursing and support
