Critical Care Transport Ground Registered Nurse - Full Time
Responsible for providing patient care within the Registered Nurse scope of practice utilizing critical thinking skills to manage ill or injured patients during transport between healthcare facilities. Routinely transports patients who are unstable and in critical condition, to facilities where a higher level of care can be givenPrincipal Accountabilities:1. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. 2. Assumes responsibility for total patient care when in the best interest of the patient's needs. 3. Documents the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
